Apparently i need 1800 cal per day to "maintain" my weight.. so i'm gonna aim for under 800 each day.
Plan for the Rest of the Week:
Breakfast - 50 cals
- 1/3 cup of yogurt (35 cals) + 2 strawberries (15 cals) = 50 cals
- 1 cup tea (0 cals)
- 1 apple (80 cals)
- 1 carrot peeled (30 cals)
- 1 cup low cal Cran juice (45 cals)
- 1 caramel ricecake (45 cals)
- glass of water
- 1 cup spinach (10 cals) + 1 tbsp dressing (35 cals) + grilled cubed chicken (250 cals)
- water with lime slice
