Apparently i need 1800 cal per day to "maintain" my weight.. so i'm gonna aim for under 800 each day.

Plan for the Rest of the Week:

Breakfast - 50 cals

  • 1/3 cup of yogurt (35 cals) + 2 strawberries (15 cals) = 50 cals
  • 1 cup tea (0 cals)
Lunch -  155 cals
  • 1 apple (80 cals)
  • 1 carrot peeled (30 cals)
  • 1 cup low cal Cran juice (45 cals)
Snack - 45 cals
  • 1 caramel ricecake (45 cals) 
  • glass of water
Dinner - 295 cals
  • 1 cup spinach (10 cals) + 1 tbsp dressing (35 cals) + grilled cubed chicken (250 cals)
  • water with lime slice
total:  545 cals

My stomach is growling!!!! This is the first time in weeks i've heard it growl, oh thank god.

Liquid fast today, raw food only the rest of the week.

What a Wonderful World


Today really blows. I am fat, can't blame it on bloating, stressed to the max and fighting with my bf. Atleast tho i do my best work when i am stressed, and fighting makes me not want to eat whatsoever, so maybe my fatness will go away.

oh, and i'm weighing myself tomorrow. That should be fuckin peachy.

I'm taking my friend to the airport, she's taking me for sushi before as thanks for driving her. I think i might purge when i get home if its not too late. God i suck horribly. Fuck this day.

Day 2

This morning's psyc midterm went well, i hope i got over 85% as that would put me from A- to A (A+ would be great too! ha!) But i am reallllyyyy tired, stupid Daylight Savings.. Haven't weighed myself yet, I will on friday I think, as long as I don't binge this week.... onto the cals!

Cals so far:
-1 english muffin with marg. (brain food for my exam): 140 + 50 = 190 cals
-1 juice box : 80 cals

ugh.. just checked and a lg double double has 230 cals in it, craaap.. good thing i only had half.. oi

that means
Total So Far:  300 cals rounded up.

Day 1

Sunday, March 8th
Daily Max Calories: 500

Cals So Far: 
- 1 cup of coffee w/ skim milk and splenda : 20 cals
- 3 strawberries (30 cals) plus 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt (35 cals) = 65 cals
Total= 85 cals
Time: 2:22 pm

will take my next hoodia pill at 4-5pm so i'm not hungry for dinner (and not binge)
Today will be good :)

Cal Update:

dinner:  wrap with low fat turkey and veggies w/tzatziki - oh, we'll put it high at 400 cals

so that brings my total to 485...EXCEPT.... &^!&*@^! GOD DAMNIT!!.. i ended up having 3 (THREE!!! grr) gingersnap cookies that i made.. omg they were soooo chewy and yummy and delish.. idk what they would be each.. prob a million.. oi
